Martin Scorsese is one of the gifts our country has given to the world. Raw, rough, smart, and a lot of heart...his films have entertained, enlightened and inspired the world for 60 years.

From Taxi Driver to Goodfellas to The Irishman, Scorsese is the kind of filmmaker that's influence is felt in multiple genres, though he just makes films. Artists, musicians, writers have all gained the "creative inspiration" from the works of Martin Scorsese. Hence, I believe he is one of the best gifts our country has given to the world.
